The ISC is a wholly Australian owned, family operated company with a Director who is involved in day to day operations.
Since its foundation in 2013, the ISC has been striving to provide outstanding service with superior results. Our strong, dedicated training team enable successful careers for our students in a wide range of security and first aid fields.

Our Team 

 

 

Gaye Borodin – Director  

With decades of management experience, Gaye can lay claim to being one of the most experienced women in industry management. She has spent in excess of 10 years with some of Australia’s leading companies as both Contracts and Operations manager. Gaye is fully licensed in security and holds the company licence under the “Queensland Weapons Act 1990”. 

 

 

Kang Woong (Jet) Lee – Managing Director  

 

A master in multiple martial styles (including Tae Kwon Do and Judo among others), Jet has many years of experience in instructing  and teaching in both Korea and Australia. He holds qualifications up to Diploma and Bachelor degrees. Add to these his certificates in Training & Assessment (Cert IV) and Security Operations & Bodyguard (Cert II) and he is well qualified for the position of MD.

He holds senior positions on the committees of a number of international martial arts organisations, as well as being a qualified andexperienced coach, referee and judge.

In summary Mr Kang Woong Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.  

 

 

Vitaly Borodin- Chief Instructor 

 

Vitaly has a Certificate II & III in Security Operations and Certificate IV Training and Assessment.  Since 2006, his experience in the field of security has included investigative work with NSW Forensic companies, Australian DINTC, Green & Gold Security, Scorpion Security,  Jomiza Investigations and Achieve Corporate Services.      

Vitaly completes the team at ISC as chief instructor.
